Lance, keep in mind that the published GVW on your truck has little to do with how much the truck can carry, and more to do with licensing issues. There are SMBs that weigh north of 15k loaded, so I think you are probably running pretty well.

I recently used one to replace the horribly heavy rack I had on the 110. I can echo Scott in saying that the weight is extremely low for the strength which I think is its greatest advantage. I have yet to mount my RTT to it, so I would have to comment on that later.

1. Make sure that your d-shackle is rigged correctly. In the pic you posted the strap is pulling the shackle bolt to one side in the hi-lift. Much better and safer to have the strap in the D part of the shackle and the mode of pull along the length of the shackle...
