I've had base model vehicles in the past; '08 Sierra CCSB and a '13 JK come to mind. Pretty sure that on both of those the only option listed was A/C. Both had manual locks and manual windows. Didn't mind it all that much but have also had fairly loaded models of vehicles and never regretted...
Yakima makes a rack similar to the Rhino Rack Pioneer rack called the LocknLoad; i'm assuming that they would make the hardware to adapt to their own rails.
I installed one on my Power Wagon; though due to my bed rack setup I actually ended up mounting the rack turned 90 degrees. Ended up going...
No, it's the feature when you come to a stop you can press the brake and then take your foot off the brake; the brake will hold with your foot off the pedal. For example at a stoplight you just press the brake pedal a little harder and then you can take your foot off the brake pedal. Once the...
On my 2019 Powerwagon, I hate that I can't set my power folding mirrors to auto fold when the door locks and unfold when it unlocks. Liked this feature on my previous benz and you wouldn't think it'd be an issue on such an expensive truck. I know you can get a Ramtazer and have that function but...
Nice truck!
If you're going to go with a DECKED system and you have access to ExpertVoice/Experticity make sure you check! I didn't know they were on there when I bought mine (direct from them); only happened to see them there about a month after I purchased my setup while looking fo something...
With the SIP orders lifting soon i'm hoping to take the rig out soon to give everything a shake down. I've been itching to take it out but I guess I haven't had too much time with the newborn baby taking up most of my free time.
As far as initial impressions of the awning; it actually seems kind...
The other add-on I made to the RCI Rack was their bike mount. I live by a bunch of trails here in Socal so I figured i'd get a bike to putt around on. I also needed to be able to transport it if needed so their bike brackets seemed to be solid choice.
As for a bike, I wanted an overall trail...
Finally decided on Ground Tent vs RTT; ended up deciding that a ground tent would work better for our family so after a bit of research ordered up a Gazelle T4.
With that settled, it was time to figure out what to put on top of the RCI Rack. I decided to go with the Yakima LocknLoad platform...
That's also partially why I mounted them as low as possible as well. The next couple of mods will be more underbody protection; thinking of running the Purple Cranium diff guards and once Dethloff releases their trans skid for the 19+ i'll probably pick up one of those as well.
Then I need to...
Haven't driven around yet after installing them yesterday. I've read that there may be some sounds/vibrations but that those are largely eliminated if you mount them in the lowest position possible; which is only like a 1/2" difference at most. I also read that most of those noises will go away...
My sliders from White Knuckle got delivered today so I spent the afternoon installing them. Quite heavy but was able to get them installed by myself. I also modded my exhaust a bit by cutting the tip back about 5" and then painting the tip and resonator black; this way they don't stick out...
Just got the notification that my White Knuckle Offroad Sliders are being picked up by the freight company! There was a little break in the rain so to prep I removed the OEM side steps so that it's one less thing i'll have to do once they get here.
I will say, these friggin trucks are pretty...
Yup, just a series of nuts along the edge of the lip and then undoing the support arm bolts. Once those are all unbolted there are 2 clips holding it in. A little tug and thats all there is to it.

These are brand new take-offs from my Ram 2500 Power Wagon. The tires have under 200 miles on them. I upgraded to 35's so these are for sale.
No patches/punctures/etc. Literally perfect and ready for your truck/jeep/rig!

Just had a kid so realized that my old Jeep '13 JK 2-door would be too small for us to go camping in unless I got a trailer. That rig was made more for offroading and while it was a blast it was spartan as all get out. It was a base Sport model with almost no creature comforts outside of A/C...
