My guess is that there is a cabinet shop in every city with a CNC machine that would love to have some work. It can't cost too much to zip out the pieces.
LUPINSEA could sell the cut sheet info, after putting a copyright on it, and recoup some of his costs.
This is a really nice design. I like...
Harbor Fright is my last go-to place when I have any sort of expectations. If I want a tool that might get used once it is reasonable...but save the receipt! They have discount days so things can be bought cheap. Get what we expect, I know.
They have a plastic welding kit...
If there's condensation then there isn't enough ventilation. It isn't an insulation issue. This is physics...cold air can't hold as much water as warm air.
Unless you have a high output heater to actually keep that shell warm you're going to either be cold or have condensation. Ceiling...
You're facing a similar challenge as me in my Toy Box.

My ceiling is the same as yours. One piece of advice that I was given was to get some cans of expanding spray foam to insulate the hollow ribs. If not, they'll conduct heat away even if they're...
This one searches Craigslist too:

The searches are listed by proximity to my zipcode, closer first and going out concentrically.
I found my Toy Box using it.
GL...as in Joe soucheray?

Do you have dimensions/plans...something that could be replicated/copied? I like the concept of a rocket furnace! I can see it in my Toy Box build: http://stonerradiator.com/images/dsc00667.jpg
Pilling is a sign that you're actually wearing your fleece! Too many people buy gear for the bling factor and don't really work it. I wouldn't shave the pilling.
FWIW...I bought two Marmot down/Gore-tex sleeping bags about 20 years ago. when one was inside the other I had a system that kept me warm while camping on the Minnesota/Ontario border...in the snow, no stove heat...in temps down to -35f. The combined retail price of the two bags would have been...
Be sure that you can recharge the battery using the cigarette lighter outlet while you drive. If not...you could drain the battery and not be able to recharge without being tied to shore power.
I'm thinking about getting one to power lights, computer, etc. in my camper before I get the full-on...
DJ...Sorry to be a putz...I'm going to let this one go by. I just got my truck and I don't have it designed enough to work on plumbing yet.
Sorry...you shouldn't have any problem selling it.
Tom
I'm not even going to get in the middle of a woman's makeup discussion... :)
But! The hairdryer can be used to thaw frozen doors after a sleet storm...melt the ice off windows...thaw the weather stripping in the camper...other non-hair drying duties which might soften the blow...bad pun...
That will work nicely for shade but it won't take much water to put a serious load on everything. I think that even a heavy dew will cause sag. Rain..whew...it'll burst the seems if that's the weak point, or break the brackets if the material and stitching is strong.
One way to bow the material...
If the deciding criteria for choosing one kayak over another is its 'unsinkability' you should stop and rethink. When and how does anyone get themselves into a sink or swim situation? I bought my first canoe, with my own money, when I was 17, I'll be 58 on Friday and spent most of my life in...
I'm an arborist and I do love my Husky chainsaws! Unless I was traveling in a heavily wooded area I would get a good handsaw.
The saws that arbos turn to when they don't want a gasser are Silky. they will cut faster than a chainsaw in some situations. Besides, they are a bit safer too!
The saw...
