Today I installed the awning from the jimny on to the UPRACKS Roof Rack using some brackets I made I wanted the awning to be as low as possible so it's protected by the roof rack if I forget how high the hilux is... This way I shouldn't get a draft through the gap between the awning...

Today was D - Day... Took the hilux to a mates and installed the track for the roof rack... This ment drilling holes :( First the weather strip was removed and revealed 7 years of grime... nice This was cleaned out ready for the track The tracks where placed in the channel and measured...

The original tow bar is staying so I made the bumper down to where the original bumper is... This is more for armour as the original will just fold on impact and somewhere solid to mount both the wheel carrier and rear winch
