Post pictures of your Land Rover.

Here is a short video of my 1958 Series II. (nearly as good as a picture I guess) This vehicle is a rolling project, which I have intended to restore for quite some years now. I just still haven't found the time to do it... Maybe I'll pass it on to someone who has enough spare time ;)

    An Axe - Seriously?

For many things, a saw is better than an axe. However, the axe will take much more punishment than any saw, and it is still easier to maintain. The only thing you need to carry in order to keep your axe going is a stone to sharpen it with. A saw is far more complicated to sharpen when it goes...

    G-Wagen Ambulance camper conversion!

I bought my 300 GD Ambulance from VTP. They are very service minded. VTP originally started as a truck import company, so my guess is that they will know how to export a vehicle as well.

This summer we went to Iceland (again) for a two week long trip. Our plan was to drive mostly on the tracks and as little as possible on the paved roads. We were also going to live in the vehicle, but stay at camping grounds when possible. After all, as visitors I believe it is important to...

    300GDN Ambulance conversion.

I have just converted a 1988 G300 ambulance into a camper. The base vehicle is very similar to the one that 'Devil1964' has built his vehicle upon. I got hold of this vehicle by pure luck a little more than a month ago, and my wife and I have used the last four weeks painting it and building an...
