Here is a link (also in my signature) to all the current specs on my LJ: https://nm4w.org/rigs/?rg_id=2
I'd go with at least 4.88 and even lower if you think you would pull a trailer.
Yes, they are the 6". I stretched the bottom of the opening when I installed them, which gives the sagging appearance. I'm sure that I could adjust to correct the issue, but it doesn't bother me enough to worry about.
I picked this 2010 Colorado a few months ago:
I really like the new Colorado/Canyons, but couldn't come to grips with the price tag. I wanted a smaller pickup so that I can tow it behind my motor home. That ruled out a lot of options as there are not many that can be pulled 4 wheels down...
Thanks! I have a buddy who ditched all the plastic on his Canyon bumper and added a winch:
For now, I plan to keep things looking pretty stock. Maybe in the future I will trim the plastic a bit more, who knows. I also need to wait until things warm up around here to throw some paint on the...

I made a bit more progress, but the weather is hindering any big progress. I got the bumper plastic trimmed and some tabs attached to catch the top stock bumper mounting locations
At this point, it actually attaches to the truck.
The Jeep frame is about .8" wider than the Colorado's frame. Here is a picture of the Jeep bumper with integrated shackle mounts:
To match the spacing of the shackle mounts on the Jeep, I milled the tabs that I bought down to a nice fit:
