And that there is the truth. We are very much a niche market and very much the minority when it comes to vehicle purchases. I do hope that they produce a small truck again though, even if it's not based on the wrangler platform.
BTW Momrocks, I didn't know that we had an Emerald coast? :coffee...
All the kippers I have eaten were gutted with the heads cut off.
Oh how I love thee sweet, oily, salty slivers of god...:wings:
Grab some hot sauce with a box of keebler crackers and it's go time!

I have one less than a mile from my house...
I may have to get a few friends together and try that. Although, I'll build up a tolerance to hot foods first !:costumed-smiley-007

What kind of terrain will you be seeing off-road?
The Tru-Trac is an excellent choice for folks who don't end up with a tire in the air while off road. With both tires on the ground the LSD will provide a decent split of torque between the wheels. I helped a friend install one into his D30 and...
Here is a picture of an AX15 I just rebuilt a couple of months ago. See how it splits side to side. (A BA/10 will split up and down the center)
And here's what it looks like naked.
I hope that helps!
-Jake
If it does not have an AX15 tranny RUN AWAY!
But really, the big question is what do you plan to use it for?
The BA/10 is complete garbage and will fail. Red Beard answered your questions very well.
The 4.2L I6 engine is a very good engine if low end torque is what you're looking for. You can...
The way I see it, other straps will work just fine but I'd like to buy an ARB or Viking Snatch Strap because I know that it'll last a very long time and work when I really need it to. That my freind is the peace of mind I require while out Exploring. For any other trip into the woods for...
I saw it at sports authority the other day and played with it some. The thing is really cool and packs down reasonably small for what it comes with. I like it.

Ahhh you guys look like you had a blast!
I may have to cancel my OBX trip this fall and just go to Vermont! Or go to Vermont and stop there on the way back :smiley_drive:

I have always had a decent workout routine even though I'll never excercise as much as I had back in my highschool years. Then I was a cross country runner and Lacrosse player, talk about lots of cardio!:Wow1:
Now I do a gym routine 3-4 times every week and that's been enough to keep me very...
Sounds like a return is in order.
I bought mine just a year ago and have used it a few dozen times. It works great and airs up a 30" tire very quickly. I air down every time I go off the black top now just because I can.
I would advise one to carry an extra fuse or two just incase though. I...
Bump for good health!
Very inspirational. I try my best to stay fit and go to the gym at least 3 times a week but as mentioned before, there are many more factors at play here than just excercising. Although, staying active does provide a better quality of life for however long it is that you...
Bookmarked for when I'm ready.
I can't wait to have something to store things in outside of the vehicle. As the kids these days say, "this product looks like complete WIN!". :coffeedrink:

I'd buy one to drive around town in to save on gas personally. I have a Smart car and love the little bastard. It gets above 40mpg even in bumper to bumper traffic and I've even driven it on the beach before. (Yes, I went on a beach expedition in a Smart car! :smiley_drive: )
I think that the...
AX-15 Transmissions are fairly easy to rebuild as well. I rebuilt one a few months ago and plan to swap it behind my 2.5L so that I'll have one less drivetrain component to worry about. (AX-5's are very weak).
I think that I may have spent a total of $250 on the rebuild kit and tools required...
