Mine came with 2 keys per lock. I have a pile of them somewhere... now that I think about I have no idea where they are. LOL

Yeah, I guess you call it a rib, but it also has the Smittybilt logo on it. Its originally on the outside of the trailer, held on by 3 nuts IIRC. Just remove it and mount it on the inside with the bolts sticking to the outside of the box. A view from inside.

I did not drill through the support ribs. I used the outside tie-down mount holes and the holes used to mount the outside piece of trim. So only new holes were in the toolbox, not the trailer. I used the factory outside tie-downs and put them inside with large washers in the side box, same...

I have had them in my Tacoma for 12 years and have never had a failure and I was not just driving down the highway with the load just sitting there.

I bought another set for $38 today. I just bought a new 2019 F-250 Platinum Powerstroke 4x4.. figure I can add a set to the bottom of the bed. Just gotta talk myself into drilling into this truck.

Yeah, mine only has one on top, two on each side and two in the tongue area for the spare. That's it. Mine was built in March 2017. Sounds like they added more as they went along.

Really? Your's has 4 tie-downs on the top? Mine only had one. It had other tie down on the sides, but only one on top. Got a picture?

It's a Milwaukee Packout box.. I just set it up there. Thinking about putting my first aid kit into it.
