Doug thanks very much, and any time I look at your build thread I am always amazed at what you did getting all that work in such a short time, but getting it accomplished in a short time you avoid the changes that start to creep in all over the place making things sometimes drag on, I keep...

Hey Owen nice web site! I have been looking at a thinner tail light in Led just because the Oem ones are pretty big, they take up a bit of real estate back there and that is where I will have the grey water tank on the drivers side and another storage site on the passenger side. But Pods8...

    Remount camper

Its hard to really see what is going on in those pictures but to me it looks like those U bolts are under considerable pressure at some point and I dont think its from torquing the bolts, looks to me like there needs to be something to 'give'! Having two plates with heavy springs between them...

That sounds like my house, bought it with the intent of renovating it and flipping it, that was eleven years ago!! And I havent done a thing to it! Oh well, I am not the president and founding member of the procrastinators club for nothing.

Mounted the bed supports with some fancy bolts (fancy to me ) I like the look of these things. This rail still needs a final sand and coat. Also have been fiddling around with the table support, it was a bit of a struggle to get a table support that would fit the geometry that I needed...

Haven, that belongs to biggoolies on this forum, and it should resemble Carl's because he has used that as an example and also had the same guy do the mounting, I believe he also had some communications with Carl too. I have said all along that going this route saves so much time and effort to...

I was sitting on a milk crate and leaned forward to pick up a screw driver and pop! Flat on my back and could hardly breath for three days!! Slow getting back into it too.

Once I got back to work I started on the bed supports instead of finishing the drawers, they were the reason for screwing up my back so I was keeping a close eye on them. After getting it cut and fitted it was removed and epoxy/screwed together and a coat of epoxy all over and set to...

My truck had a friend over for a visit, Work progressed at a good clip for a while, I started the slow process of mounting the slides and drawers in the kitchen. And checking the location of the sink. I was about to start installing these drawers when my back packed it in and...

    building the Bullet XV

I did want to comment on one more thing, in the recent pictures that you posted of the sink area, along the counter top where it transitions to the backsplash, is that white stuff in the corner a moulding or silicone? Looks like silicone to me, and if it is, well that is some fine silicone work...

    building the Bullet XV

I wouldn't go to such great lengths for a repair on these doors, they are just not all that rugged to start with. But one thing I do see is that the location of the stop where it is now is not the best, it should be further away from the hinge. What you have there is a good lever to increase the...

    building the Bullet XV

Hey Steve, I wish I could help but I can only suggest spray in foam, I use a type that is made to seal window casings, so it does not expand and push out yet fills in gaps well and when dry is very solid as far as impact or compression goes.
