As a Cdn, all I'm saying is there are firearms allowed to be used in the states that are not legal here [AR15/ SBRs]. There are also interpretations of the law made by the RCMP that they may try to charge you with that are in fact not laws but merely the way to strip you of legality [Ruger...
pt1 pt 2 pt 3 Your correct as it uses a long bullet with a SHORT case. in some semis they dont stabilize or even reload. See my thoughts of it in my GSG 15. But for grouse with my bolt action love em. My Mossbergs its 50 50 one they work the other not so much.
mmmm .22 s what a great round. ive got a fair number of them in my locker. current favorite is my Ruger American Rimfire. been headshotting grouse all season with Aguilla SSS 60 gr bullets. nice combo, NO noise as they are about 60ish db when fired
EXACTLY what I'm saying. After all I've been through I'll take my chances to explain to the Crown (being Canadaland) why theres a dead carcass of whatever sort by my vehicle / in my home. After all my time deployed I can easily go through a threat escalation matrix, just like a LEO.
Up here in Canadaland since protecting your life is nearly as illegal as killing someone needlessly. my truck gun that i carry is a 12g with bearbangers. Why bearbangers, you ask? Because its designed as a less than lethal round. At that point I'll make a choice of 1 my life , 2 letting...

I love mine as a pack gun once trump loosens up the ITAR regs to the point of the fact that a stock is still considered a no go item for none FFL shippers . I plan on picking up a RLP rotating fore stock and hang a red dot on mine for plinking grouse .
I was forced to endure life driving the CDN MILITARY version of one, I will recall it forever as a worst vehicle EVER ! I would hope without the military screwing it up it showed promise
I'm glad I live in Canada on this topic. Here, is no restricted FA and your good to go. As long as no ammo is in rifle you can be almost anywhere. When leaving a FA unattended , trigger locked or in locked case and out of sight .Coast to coast to coast
No pics but its a 40l i believe. I have added a homemade reflection insulation blanket. I picked mine up last year at the BCORA and it was one of the few purchases I had planned on. I have really come to appreciate it , having cold drinks dry samwiches when out fishing in my BLUE SHARK IV a...
