The boost side is bead rolled. There is only one tube in the kit for the boost side from the turbo to the intercooler. (First pic, silver tube on right hand side). The intercooler back to the intake still uses the stock hose. The black connector tube is a bit oversize for the job. I may...

There is no gasket between the exhaust manifold and the turbo. It's just metal on metal but both surfaces have been smoothed. No leaks there on mine or Keiths. cheers

I have a 300 in a Range Rover Classic which is pretty close to the D1. With the auto it was pretty anemic, but that could be because the motor was tuned poorly. After the manual swap and re-timing, the truck went fine. Not fast off the line (need the EVO kit for that), but would do 75 to 80 on...

So it is about a week out and hopefully the planning is about complete. Nick and I have to test out a couple of hammocks, and James and Angela need to get on the road through Mexico so we can meet them in Chan Chich. Route looks pretty solid on Google Earth, but that's all from altitude over...

I sold the RRC, but not the 300. That's going into another vehicle. Love the 300, even with all the trouble it gave me. Stay tuned for the new build. I'll post it here and it will be going into OJ as well. cheers
