Relocated the spring perches. Tack welded for now. I'll check the angles once I get the transfer case mounted up. Hopefully I get lucky and they are within a degree.

Time for the transfer case to get mounted up. Original plan was transmission swap, but got a BW 1356 w/ Quigley adapter which saves me from a full transmission swap. (Thanks Jake!)

Poor photos, but got the shackle flip installed! Once the axle in, we'll see what that gets me in lift. Has to cut the exhaust, I'll weld it back over the leaf springs likely. Need to see where the wheel and tires sit. Might just go straight out the back.

If anyone needs a good frontend/rear for a E350, pm me. Both axles plus wheels and tires will be for sale. (Cooper Discoverer A/T All-Season LT245/75R16 & brakes/rotors with less than 5K on them)

Ripping out the rear end. Drive line bolts are being a pain. Cut off wheel might be the best option.

Needed to convert 2004 F250 speed sensor to 2002 E350. They both had the male ends. Cutting and reattaching was an option, but decided to make an adapter out of SKS1021 ABS wheel speed sensor ends.

    Worth converting this 2wd E350 to 4x4?

Worth it? Maybe, maybe not. It just depends on where you're going and if you are more likely to self rescue. My soft list: Pro Lift or 4WD let's be real, just looks great! Wanted the challenge of doing the conversion. Gotten stuck in mud and sand (CA & UT) Needed to get back in the woods for...

I'm stumped on this E-250 fails to start.

Maybe try another relay. I know you said you already replaced it but maybe that one was faulty?

Got the radius brackets mostly done. Need to get a shorter drill bit so I can drill the last three holes. Even with a right angle drill I didn't have any bits that were short enough.

Had to modify/weld a new fuel pump bracket. Just took the old one, ground a groove on it, bent it ninety degrees and welded it. 15 minute fix. Not the prettiest weld, but should be fine for the fuel pump.

The old frontend. Anyone need a replacement 2002 E350 frontend. Brakes, rotors, tie rod ball joints all have less than 10k on them.
