I don't plan on towing either, but do drive up toward mountains from sea level that cause issues in general. Looking over the front end, it seems like the max cooler will fit just fine in front of the lower section of the radiator. Basically behind the bumper.

I'm leaning towards the one you linked but I need to open the front end and see how much room is in there. The max coolers are 23" wide. Might go with the 4544 which is more square. Edit- Nevermind, I think I'll stick with the max 4921. It seems like it'll fit.

The cooler from the 6.0l is supposed to be a great upgrade. Just takes a little bit of effort to get the right parts. 3/8” lines vs 1/2” lines.

I'll keep an eye out on ebay and see if I can find one for cheaper. Did you install a low temp bypass for when it's cold out?

My 2 cents... It doesn't have a poptop or high roof so that impacts the value. The interior is custom, and doesn't appear to be by someone like sportmobile. So you're looking to find someone that loves the layout and "feel" exactly. I suspect a lot of your low ball offers were from people that...

Thinking if I'm doing a flush and change might as well upgrade the transmission oil cooler too. Especially considering possible performance upgrades. However, it seems like all of the upgrades are for Ford Trucks and not Econolines. The mount points are different and not sure there's room for...

After ripping out the wood cabinet and building aluminum cabinets. I decided aluminum bed was in order. Goodbye bed prototype and in with aluminum. Still need to bolt it all together for a final time but it's cut and painted. Still need additional carpet and cabinet doors. It's getting there...

Decided the wood base on the cabinets wasn't perfect. Redid then in aluminum to match the rest. Decision time as well, I might redo the bed in aluminum as well. Top part is aluminum as well but it's not pictured. The wood was just there to confirm the height was even.

Yes I don't think it'll be too bad, just time consuming. I'd want to pump out the diesel to drop it. I suppose I could just run it pretty low and then try it.
