I think I know what your referring to now. Doesn't getting to that require dropping the tank? I thought I read that, but would be more than happy for that to be wrong.

Back at it this week. Received the fan and tape to do the install. Prepped for the install yesterday by removing the old vent, grinding away a little rust, painting with rust inhibitor and a final top coat.

What closed cell foam and density loaded vinyl did you use? I'm planning to do the floor of the main cab.

Curious what you end up doing to keep the doors open. I need to do something to hold the second door open. Currently a bungee cord does the job but isn’t ideal.
Aluminum plating on the floor is going to be covered with soft floor mats with a thin cushion layer to make it comfortable. Want to be able to remove it to clean.
