    Scrubber3's long overdue build thread

Picked this up today. 2013 tacoma TRD off road. 22k miles on it. [emoji106] It was a good time with monty for the last 8 years. I'll miss it. Hopefully, I'll find it a good home Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G891A using Tapatalk

    Scrubber3's long overdue build thread

Gentlemen, I am selling my montero. If you've any questions, please send a PM. It runs great, has cold AC, and will go through anything. Asking price is $3000. Read through this build thread to see what it has. Everything works. The timing belt was replaced in 2011 and it's only been about...

What did you do to your Mitsubishi today?

That is cool. I'd take the transmission out of hold mode though. Unless you're on ice.

What did you do to your Mitsubishi today?

Replacement of the T belt and related parts on these is tedious at best. The money for it all can add up fast. I'm sure you're happy to be done. Looks good

95 montero SR upper control arms

You could get it and modify as needed (for abs). The important thing is that it'll work for its intended purpose. The dementions are going to be correct. Might need to add a hole or bracket from the old arm. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk

Replaced front brakes and driver side front caliper. One of the Pistons had seized. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk

Oh yeah, it's the old one. Been there, done that. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk

    Yet another crank bolt question

Any time the crank bolt is taken out, it should be replaced. Since there is no key and all that.... Just saying.

    Swank's Montero(s)

I don't see why they wouldn't. It wouldn't make any sense for mitsubishi to have a separate part for it

    Pajero Mk1 Tourer build-up

Get this thing back to the trail! I know it's hot down there this time of year... get a big tarp and drag it out of that trailer so it's not so hot. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk

    New Pajero Just Came In

I think they are called Shogun in the UK and much of Europe. Seeing as it has pajero on the side, id be hesitant to say it's from England. Unless model years and names get switched. Not saying is not, but I'd question it. Nice rig no matter where it's from.

Gen 2 LS gear ratios, motor and other questions

It's not often a 24 valve V6 has only a SOHC per bank....

Gen 2 LS gear ratios, motor and other questions

The LS has a 3.0 SOHC which is the only option for the 2nd gen LS. The LS also has the same gears as the SR in nearly all cases. 4.62---. I have an LS that I've done front and rear diff swaps with an SR. I've done much work to my rig. See my build thread.

Gen 2 LS gear ratios, motor and other questions

My 95 LS had 4.62 gear ratio before I swapped to the SR difs IIRC. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk

    Top End Rebuild, Worth It?

For the Gen 2, it was only the SR that had the 3.5 dohc. I believe the Gen 2.5 had a 3.5 sohc. The Gen 2 LS had a 3.0 sohc iirc. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk
