OEV makes a new “tall” version of the HB popup that is 2” taller inside. I have a Camp-X and never had an issue sitting up in bed.
Does anyone know the exact height measurements of the Camp-X compared to an HB for the bed area?

This version of the Camp-X came with a built-in cabinet for the single black dometic fridge. You can also plug-in a separate fridge to one of the cig lighter plugs, which we have done occasionally when we wanted to bring more drinks/food.

The Overland Explorer Vehicle Backcountry / Camp-X is truly one of the best truck campers available.
Built to withstand tough conditions, it's both durable and incredibly lightweight at just 1,210 lbs.
This camper performs exceptionally well year-round, including in extreme winter temperatures...
This is very helpful!

I can slide two snowboards down each side of the camper. Out of the way, easy to access, discrete, and locked using a Master Lock in the torklift . The torklift prevents the boards from sliding out the back too (they have never even shifted).
I’d image you could do something similar for skis...
PSA - if you have a popup OEV make sure to check and tighten the nuts on the latches (even tho they are nylock), especially if you do any 4wheeling.
One nut had fallen off and the rest were loose on my camp-x.
That’s great that people can DIY or have a custom interior build.
I’m waiting on the 6.75/8 HW interior shots before deciding on which direction to go.
I like some of the recent decisions to move the weigh forward. Merge those ideas with the interior of the High Country (lots of windows...
