I guess this website update answers some of the questions:

Some highlights:
• upper cabinet(s) above galley and dinette
• narrow storage closet extension to ceiling with a tray on top for misc items, the lower
cabinet houses the water...
@Ninelitetrip
Those are all good points. For me, aesthetically the kickout looks better, but the square back is more practical to maximize space.
I do wish OEV would move the water tank up by the cab. Seems like it would make sense to swap the water tank and propane locations. The propane...
I'm curious why you would go with the HBW HW 8' vs 6.75'? Is it just for that little bit of extra storage where the kick out is?

East/west bed in HBE vs north/south in HC
No side bed storage in HBE
No moonroof over bed in HBE
No microwave in HBE
HBE will have a booth table seating...

I spent some time in the Aterra at an expo this summer. I really liked the space and layout, especially the 3 windows surrounding the dinette…but the upper bed was cramped and coffin like compared to OEV. The toilet was weirdly located under the dinette seat (it didn’t slide out). It was also...
Looks like OEV got some marketing help. The Camp-X was renamed to "Back Country", the FX to "Alpine", etc.
Now they just need a website make-over by a professional design company ;)
