    SOLD….. 6X6 Expedition Rig

I have not seen anyone else, use the turret hatch like that before. And great design, allowing the ladder to be moved. I am guessing* you had planned on doing bunk bed? From the window placement.

DC-DC charger as an alternative to generator?

A fuse/ or you could use a resettable breaker is a good idea. I will say I have Andersons front and rear of my 2004 farm truck. And they have been there for 200kmiles and never had an issue. But hope it not a great plan. And a fuse/breaker is cheap insurance

    2024 Casita 17' Spirit Deluxe

Why the "smart plug" versus the standard 30amp twist lock plug? When they first came out, the smart plugs were hard to source/ had to be ordered. If you lost the cord, or it had a failure. Not sure if this is still the case or not. Where any RV place, and most big box stores have the 30amp...

    My Journey

The power of dogs to disarm and put at ease it a pretty good one. When I am out and about, exploring it is almost always just me. And usually not many if, any others folks around. Or just the dog and I. As a 35yr old male, I don’t think I am scary. And am usually polite and professional, smile...

Yetti’s Pacific North West Exploration & Expeditions Picture heavy

Feb 2nd, Sunday. We were scheduled to fly out of Cody. So all the normal. Early alarms, packing, fill up the rental. It’s a very small airport, 1 terminal. And the airstrip is GPS landing only. The radar showed a huge storm was moving in and had been slowly headed our way the last few days...

Feb 1 Feb 1 Early alarms, to head to Thermopolis today. We were all stoked to visit our Thermop family. When we were kids we spent a lot of time with them. And have many fond core memories. Mum and Karren worked together in the backcountry, and were are best friends to this day. We...

Yetti’s Pacific North West Exploration & Expeditions Picture heavy

Last Thursday mum and I flew into Cody, meeting my brother in Denver. As my dad is not doing so well. With the plan to fly out on Sunday. However the Wyoming weather had another plan. Its unfortunate this is what triggers family to get together. I did not take many pictures but will grab some...

ITTOG's Truck Camper Build (was 6' x 12' Trailer Conversion)

I like wood, because its easy to work with, replace. Wood also flexes, but not so audibly. The metal deck, flexed in the heat/cold, so it was noisy, as well as got very hot in the summer. Like not able to put my hand on it. So the dog/animals did not like it, and it was pretty slick. I used...

ITTOG's Truck Camper Build (was 6' x 12' Trailer Conversion)

Sadly, many don’t. Unless you specifically look or order them that way. I also think you will find some of that stuff state/region specific. Southwest versus wet Washington, etc. Pressure treated works well, or just treating/sealing yourself. I like the wood decks, and even cut the metal deck...

    My Journey

Its funny how a picture can trigger a memory. Last time I was on that campus, things looked quite different when it was set up as one of the FEMA mass vaccine sites. Thanks for sharing!
