I was offered a Starcraft Pine mountain Starmate ( 9 feet floor) pop up camper ....it`s a 2008 pristine ....has toilet & shower ! furnace , stove , fridge etc... The price is good, Is it a good buy ? are these Starcraft pop up campers any good ? I just cant afford those top quality...

Ill ask you two questions then ..... do you sleep with roof down when in urban areas ( ex: walmarts ) what about cold weather ( without talking freezing but like 45 deg F ) no doubt about lower center of gravity and height that is useful ...... thanks Dan

To get the RAM in great shape ,I have to redo all the floor pans and subframe of the club cab ..... anyone ever did this..........cant find a decent cab . I wonder if the jobber panels are up to par quality wise .....I heard that they are of lower quality ...will it give good results Dan

I have a concern ..... If the coach section is integral part of the vehicle , aint there a risk of breakage or warpage due to frame torsion in trails ....... Maybe this is why some people go for a slide in box camper only when offroading ..... because let`s face it in rough trails the frame...

Wish you had some cutout flares for 89-93 Dodge Ram D & W ( 4x4 ) pickups the front fenders need trimming at the back for bigger tires .....dont want to raise ! lots of these Ram on this forum .....:) Dan ,
