I just purchased a set of Air Lift 5000 Ultimate with the built in bump stops.
My truck (F-350) can handle the weight but I want to keep the truck riding at the empty height to maximize my off-road capabilities.
Another benefit is that I'll be able to,level the camper when we stop!

I'm not anywhere near you but I can tell you that we love our Hallmark Everest. We specifically didn't want a shower in ours but that was a personal decision.
The build quality is fantastic and they are very robust campers. The screw drive lifting mechanism is the best in the industry!

As far as I know the only costs in switching from a drw to a srw is that you'll have to buy a wheel and tire combination that has the same rating as the dually set up.
I believe that Rickson makes some heavy duty wheels and they might be able to help you with the right tires as well.
Nice write up!
What size wheels and tires come stock on the TH?
I have a '14 EcoDiesel Limited with the stock suspension and 20" wheels with 265/50R20 tires. Fortunately the tires have finally worn out (35k miles) and I'm going with 275/55R20 at tires. Hopefully they'll be better than the...
We were in Costa Rica a few months ago and got to ride in the Ranger with the Diesel engine.
I was very impressed with the ride and torque of the engine.
Most of our driving down there was on dirt roads fording small rivers up to about 18" deep with no problems.
If this truck came to the US I...
Piggy backing on this discussion as a new owner I am wondering what people use for their three preset messages.
I was thinking the following but welcome others input.
1. Camping here for the night. All is well
2. Starting hike from this point
3. Minor emergency. Stand by..
Thanks.
I have spent a considerable amount of time investigating what leveling kit I wanted to use on my 2016 F-350. It boils down to either a hockey puck like bracket for the springs with a similar set up for the front shocks that would allow you to use the existing shocks or jumping into the deep end...
I have a set of Torklift that I only used for six months before I bought a new truck.
They are F2011 for the front and F-3004 for the rear.
You can go to www.Torklift.com and see if they will work for you.
They sell for about $600 and I will let them go for $300 shipped in the CONUS.

Well I was all set to order the Carli lift but after talking to another Overlander who also has a F-350 he suggested that I verify that the springs have the same rating (capacity) as what I have as I don't want to reduce my gvwr.
Carli was pretty squirmy about providing me any technical...
Thanks for all the replies...
At this point I am leaning towards going with taller springs instead of a spacer. I would think that the increased travel would definitely be valuable. I have to make sure that the spring is at least as heavy duty as OEM as I don't want to loose any capacity.
How...
I am slowly turning my truck into a more capable rig and want to raise the front to be level with the rear and gain a little more clearance. I will be installing Air Lift 5000 Ultimate bags in the rear to keep the rear at the unladened level when I have my Hallmark on.
Some people just use...
