I am building my expedition trailer for us to tow behind our truck camper on longer trips where we may be out of civilization for a few weeks at a time and I would like to "compartmentalize" the area by storing items in 4-6 boxes.
I'm not interested in spending several hundred dollars per box...

Another thing I did to improve a basic cooler is to use some 1/2...
I don't believe they have a place that has been reinforced to accommodate an A/C. I have seen some that have been made to work through the back window though.
You might want to check out Hallmark campers. They have a much stronger roof system and come pre wired for an A/C

In reading the info on the website it says that if you do the three step process you can apply it directly over metal with rust on it...is that true?
I just picked up a nice Dinoot extended trailer.
The frame is well built using 2x2 square channel and 1x3 C channel. The frame is just raw steel and is showing some superficial rust and I'd like to have it sandblasted then either powder coated or Line X'd.
What would you reccomend and why?
