Denver: 5 JKUR wheels with 315/70/17 Duratracs and Spidertrax spacers

Wheels and tires have been dismounted, so everything is available separately.

    A better JK seat?

It's funny because I've been thinking about this exact topic a lot lately. I herniated a disc (L5-S1) about 2 years ago, and since then I've been extremely sensitive to uncomfortable seats and awkward positions. I've also lately had issues with both my achilles and peronial tendon which is...

Denver: 5 JKUR wheels with 315/70/17 Duratracs and Spidertrax spacers

I'd have a few requests for breaking them up. I would be willing to separate, but a buyer who wants the package deal gets priority. Thanks.

Denver: 5 JKUR wheels with 315/70/17 Duratracs and Spidertrax spacers

I just put this setup on my JKUR a couple of months ago, but I couldn't resist moving up to 37s. The tires have virtually no perceptible wear, and the spare has never touched the ground. I bought them new at the local Discount Tire. I was building my JKUR to keep much of the OEM appearance...

"Bruce" the 2014 Jeep JKUR Build Thread

Just ran into the same thing too :( Took me about 30 minutes to figure it out the other night. I ended up finding a back door via my Picassa albums (which is going away for good in May) to upload and edit, then publish/share to myself in google photos. What a PITA.

    Superchips Traildash 2 vs Procal

Good feedback. I had a feeling they weren't quite dialed in right considering if it was as good as it could be the interwebs would be blowing up with how awesome the thing is. It seems that the product is only about 80% there which isn't good enough considering the cost. One other feature that...

    Superchips Traildash 2 vs Procal

I have the AEV 3.5" lift which came with the Procal module, and it has worked great for me adjusting for the 315 Duratracs and turning on my JW Speaker fogs as DRLs. I just bumped up to KO2 37s, and unbelievably I cannot find my Procal anywhere. It's very odd because I have never not had it in...

The Big O JKUR build thread

It's definitely more proportional now especially considering in the pics it has 500+ pounds of cargo in the back which is far more than it will normally have in it even when when we go camping or on trips. The TF carrier is extremely stout, and it doesn't feel any different than with the...

The Big O JKUR build thread

It looks like I did snap close to a profile shot last night. Here's the before and after from similar angles. Sorry the lighting is kinda weird in both shots:

The Big O JKUR build thread

I completely agree with your line of thought and felt the same way! I loved the factory wheels and liked how very few people even noticed mine was modified - people honestly didn't think it was lifted or had bigger tires until they saw it parked next to a stock one or had to climb in haha. I...

The Big O JKUR build thread

Thanks gents - appreciate the feedback! I measured the tires mounted up, and they are right at 35.5" which is consistent with most of what I've read from other JKUR owners. My Duratracs were only measuring 33.6", so I gained some good clearance and improved the angles everywhere without giving...

The Big O JKUR build thread

Well I cleaned up the Jeep the other night after work, and I couldn't help but think how much better it would look on 37" KO2s :D. I also was looking at the AEV Saltas since they were released, and I went to my local 4x4 shop that had a set of onyx Saltas in stock and bought them and headed over...

tire weight with 321 gear ratio?

I would do the gears first then the tires later especially considering it's a daily driver. I've driven under-geared Jeeps before (basically all of college actually), and life is so much better when you're geared correctly.

What did you do to your Expo Jeep today?

Thanks Scott I appreciate the kind words!  Here's an extra shot - it's not often in the middle of February the Jeep is this clean :D Record heat of over 70 degrees was just the motivation I needed!

What did you do to your Expo Jeep today?

I added a short 13" antenna to replace the factory one. Reception didn't suffer, and the Jeep looks a lot cleaner.

(100 series) Least expensive 200lb RTT capable roof rack solution?

You can't beat Gamiviti for the price, quality and customer service. The owner Tim is a truly stand up guy, and like you said he's local which is a huge plus. I would definitely recommend Gamiviti.

What size tires are you running on your AEV 2.5" (pics please!!!)?

Here's all the info you need: http://forum.aev-conversions.com/showthread.php?t=3759 A lot of it depends on what you're going to use the Jeep for and what part of the country you're in, but I think a BFG KO2 34x10.50x17 or Toyo AT2 or Duratrac 285/70/17 would be great choices with that lift.

    2017 TRD Pro Tacoma

Totally agree. We have been looking at going back to a Toyota and have looked at new 4Runners, new Tacomas, or used 200s. I am not interested in a new 4Runner because I feel like a redesign is coming soon and any modern vehicle should have a 6 speed transmission at a minimum. I am not interested...

I like the bumpers! Keeping the OEM+ look which you know I'm a fan of.

For Sale: Equipt’s 2013 Toyota 5th Gen 4Runner Trail Edition

I can't believe it's already been 3 years since I watched your build thread on this thing! Very cool rig for sure - someone will love this thing. (Knocked around the idea of selling my JKUR to get a 200 or 4runner - if it was already sold I'd be very interested myself)
