Found my donor D60, got lucky it has new calipers & rotors

Thanks for the replies Chris! It ended up that the truck with 4.10’s was in the yard because it hit a Telephone pole head on.... So I’m gonna keep searching!

Okay sounds good. I’ve read that your kit works with the 99-04’ f250/350 front Dana60 but that you use the 02-04’ for the axles you build. What is the advantage to those years?

Chris, Hope this is ok to post here.. Searching for my donor axles, “local” yard has two 2003, one in 3.73 and one in 4.10. trying to spread cost out so I was planning to just refresh the axles and not regear right away. van is 03’ 7.3l, plan is 6” on 35’s. main use will be highway trips...
