I pulled both off of our F250. Or truck had them front and rear. Fully loaded with our camper we are 9600lbs. The truck actually tracks better on road without them. It does lean more in the corners but it's also more predictable. No more hopping when there are bumps in the road.
The longer...
Bigger tires are nice. I typically run 45 to 50C tires on my gravel bike.
Lauf has some options that may work. Their forks are very forgiving.

It has to do with the way the rear suspension is designed on the RAM 2500. Even the non PW 2500 isn't great for hauling a camper. The coils are to close together. Most people end up with a heavier sway bar. I really wanted one for the coil suspension but the few people I talked to convinced...
I wish they had the King option when I bought mine. The Fox are nice but if there was a plusher option that would have been awesome.
My truck had front and rear sway bars. I have played around with them each individually. I haven't had either on the truck in 18 months. I'd put one on the...
Either you had the drill on the fast setting or your drills bad or your battery is bad. I've used a DeWalt before with zero issues. Even my clapped out Milwaukee will do it. I would try a different battery.
We have the under bed storage. We replaced the factory mattress with a 4 Tochta mattress. We removed the pull handle. We leave our bedding and pillows in place. We don't have issue closing the camper. The front won't actually go all the way down until we start to lower the rear.
I've had the privilege of getting to drive overloaded Toyotas all over Colorado for 20 years before I decided to get an F-250. The biggest problem with Toyotas is you have to modify them for them to be suitable for carrying weight. When you're running heavy things wear out faster so you have to...
This is just wrong. My F250 came with tires that were 33.5" from the factory. A 37x12.5r18 will fit without modifying the truck. You are limited on tire choices because the rims are 8" wide but there are options. Deflated a 37 will fit under the truck in the spare location.
To the original...
I'm a Toyota fanboy. I've owned 14 Toyotas. 3 of them LCs. I currently have 2 Toyotas and a Lexus in the driveway. $100k I'm going to buy an Ineos Quartermaster over a 25 year old 70 series. It'll be better on and off-road than a 70. For $100k I'll take the risk on a new vehicle with a...
Good call. I started out tig on our bed. Turns out my control board was fried and they don't make them anymore. Bought a HTP push pull and never looked back.
Looks good. Those boxes should seal up nicely. Glad I'm not the only bonehead to weld boxes together. The first thing I said when I got done with my bed is I should have brought a bought a brake 🤣
I didn't realize Ford was doing the trail turn assist on any trucks. Here's a video of a F-250 Tremor.
