The suspension package uses uniball joints rather than traditional ball joints. They press into machined cups with cir-clips that hold them in place. All true long travel systems use them for their range of usable travel and serviceability. I maintain my baller statement from earlier...
Too easy, but I love seeing the build and progress pics! Who is with me in making a prediction that Chevy 4x4 van purchases will be on the rise with quality components and actual thought put into the design.....
Also, how about those IBP gold Kings....baller! Are you looking to run an...
Yay.....though I will take this one for the team and pass along the goods as I have already taken more than my fair share from Jeremy!......how about another contest or giveaway....
Let's all keep in mind I have been pressuring Jeremy for a coilover kit for the Fords for about a year...
I have had the Complete Performance kit on my van for the past year now and it is a fantastic addition! The kit, including the rear springs and Agile tuned Fox 2.0 shocks, allows for a really fun offroad rig that will shock you with its capabilities!
To address the concerns in the post...
Sounds good, are you hoping to fit some air bumps in there as well or will the shocks provide enough bump zone after the internal bypass stage is complete? Sounds like fun....we need to break it in just after SEMA to make sure!

Vantage Optics
Some examples of Vantage Optics lights we currently offer. We are stoked to work on this project and finally have an offering for the GM vans other than our already-available 7x6 sealed beam projector retrofits that are a bolt in upgrade.

Did you end up with a locker of some sort in the van or is that still in process? I have installed a couple of the Spartan Lockers in the semi float c-clipped 60s and they are a low cost option. They are noisy and pop a bit, but they work great offroad and don't cost an arm and a leg. I daily...
We can't wait to be involved in this SEMA project and get Vantage Optics products in the headlights! This will also mark our first GM van light build so there will be product available soon to support this platform. Check out our website at www.VantageOptics.com, but beware it's in progress and...
My $0.02....
Rear springs are one of the single largest impact items one can add to a van. The stock springs are harsh and bind up quick. Contact Jeremy at Weldtec Designs and have him quote you for a comparable set. They are much cheaper and offer all the same quality characteristics. I...
180Hp and 360lb ft is not enough grunt to call it a 2500 or 3500 van. If it can't tow 8000+lb relatively easily it isn't worth much. I would see value in adding the 2.8 to the 1500 lineup, but not the actual work line. Another bad move GM...

If anyone is interested in real high quality LED lighting, Baja Designs should be at the top of your list. USA made, quality serviceable optics, multiple beam patterns and extremely good fit and finish. I mounted a Squadron Sport flush driving beam light with the amber lens into the driver's...
I am running the 6" WeldTec kit and my van drives better with the kit installed than without. I installed the same type of adjustable alignment cams (Moog K80109 +/- 4º and true zero) and had my local reputable alignment shop do the work. The caster was off a little on the beams from one side...
