Try aligning with a little more caster and you won't need those changes. Just a couple of degrees makes a huge change in the vague feedback from the stock alignment numbers and calms down the steering.

I would agree with BajaSportsmobile about the steering damper masking a problem. The issue has more to do with the asymmetrical beam length and steering linkage length that propagates bump steer, even in a perfectly new van. This is amplified as the vehicle's wheel travel increases unless a...
Hit up Jeremy at Weldtec and see if they can do a Fox damper to replace the stock unit. I believe they can be valved to suit your liking as well.

Have you tried the Moog K80109 adjustable camber cams? If the Action Van leveling kit truly leveled your van, it can easily be aligned with these cams since they have a 4º capable sweep. I ran them on a previous leveling kit and currently running them on my 6" Weldtec lift. While they aren't...
I am running the Ford OEM setup with a 2009 Dodge 2500 Ram damper on my van. I have the Weldtec 6" kit and would purchase this in a heartbeat if I didn't have my current setup (might get it just to try it out!). It makes a big difference in reducing the nervous feeling of the front end...
Boardrider,
Yes, I have been selling these kits for a while now. Check out the thread over on the SMB forum and shoot me an email to Stredbull18@gmail.com for more details.

Couldn't agree more!
Here is the setup I am currently running...
HID projector setup
27" Morimoto led bar in the bumper
Really good, even at high speeds!
I am planning to add a set of Rigid Dually spots to the cowl area for additional distance. Not sure this is even necessary as I wasn't...
The reverse wire is in the main wire loom in the driver side kick panel/step area. Pull the taillight and see which wire shows 12v with the vehicle in reverse, then find that exact wire color combo in the wire loom. It's a lot easier to find than it sounds. You can use this for a signal wire...
02 E350, 6" Weldtec Complete Kit (~5" total lift), 265/70r17 tires
Any larger tire and you run into problems limiting the upward suspension travel. Mine strokes 11" with the 265 tires and is physically limited by the inner fenders. The van is real fun offroad and is capable of some pretty...
This was my view while dropping into Primm, NV in the middle of the night at 50mph. This is with my HID projector light retrofit on high beam and a single row 27" Morimoto XTorch LED light bar in the bumper. Pretty good amount of light without looking too far from stock or having bulky aux...

Awesome, especially for those who can't make up their mind. I'm glad I stuck with 2wd, but it's nice to know there is an "out" if I change my mind.

Gotta say, my Weldtec Designs complete spring pack ride amazing compared to stock. Money very well spent. I talked with Jeff at Deaver and he wanted $1500 for the same setup....

The alignment characteristics change significantly when the static ride height is changed. Running the same settings as the original suspension will throw off every aspect of the front end alignment. This is also true for when the vehicle articulates through the suspension travel since the...
I plan to make another video that shows better angles and views of the actual suspension and its capabilities. That first video was very impromptu as we didn't plan all that well.

Went to the alignment shop yesterday (finally) to get the front end tuned up just right. The tech and owner both vocalized their compliments on the kit's quality and fit/finish. They were able to align it very nicely and the end result has better feel than the original front suspension could...
