Personally, I would never permanently disable or remove the rear doors. If you are involved in an accident and roll that vehicle, it may land on the right side and block that door. I realize most of you have a pass-thru between the cab and the back, but that is not a guaranteed means of escape...

I see a RTT on the trailer but I don'r see any way to stabilize the trailer once it's disconnected from the tow vehicle. Are you planning on installing some kind of stabilizing jacks and if so, what kind?

3.5" is enough to do some serious damage to your vehicle, so why not just replace the label with the correct dimensions? I'm even considering mounting a camera on the roof at the rear and aimed forward inline with the highest point, so I can visually confirm it will go under any obstacle...

But does your newer dash have the correct height listed after modification? I like the location of the label, and in my case I think I'll show it in feet and inches as well as just inches, because I have seen it displayed both ways. Yes, I can do math in my head, but who wants to be dealing...

I think I covered this in my first build or somewhere in the second, but my plan is to build my outdoor kitchen on top of the stretcher, which I do have. I'm going to keep the floor mounts that are the closest to the wall and use them to anchor the stretcher/kitchen. Once I get to my campsite...

Bevan, don't you still have the electronic siren installed? Why didn't you just use the electronic air horn on it?

What about around you heat and air system in the dash above the passenger's feet? My weather is the complete opposite of yours, but I have noticed a small puddle of water on the passenger side floorboard every now and then. It's usually in the morning, so I'm guessing it may be condensation on...
