The trailer look great bud! How is the poly, and monsterliner holding up? I'm in the middle of a trailer build, and working on what i want to use to seal/protect the wood.
I don't quite understand where someone can state that they can build something compariable to this product for under 3k in cost. I'm currently in the middle a my own teardrop themed trailer, and not even factoring my time as a cost, have just short of 4k in the build, and will likely spend an...
I've followed this thread for a few years, and have really been inspired by how yours turned out ..so much, that I'm building one myself. No where near as nice as yours, but I'm giving it a hell of a shot! Here's what it looks like before I put it into storage for the winter...

Trying to figure out what to use to seal the bottom of my teardrop with. I had toyed with the idea of when the body is fully enclosed using fiberglass and resin to seal the whole thing...any ideas would greatly appriciated:)
If all goes as i have it planned, should be 46 from floor to ceiling...project got stalled temporarily, but now have the frame nearly completed. I'll post a few pics of it from my laptop tonight, as i don't have any on my work computer:cool:

Well, here I go again, hopefully this build wont be nearly as slow as my last one, but almost have the materials together to build myself my idea of an overland teardrop. Hope you like...
Dude...that is one extremely well built trailer...very impressed. The attention to details is fantastic! Ive fabbed a few things up myself, but your skills far suppress mine...
Thanks for the input guys! Just trying to figure out the logistics of it all, to see whether or not if its worth it to do the swap, or just stick to the original plan of a widetrack set up from total chaos...:ylsmoke:
Has anyone on the forum done a sas on a 3rd gen 4runner using fzj80 axles? Seriously thinking about it using fab parts from ruff stuff for the links and mounts... Any thoughts would be appriciated:bike_rider:
Love to read about your adventures/misadventures, and this one is no exception! And the pictures you're taking to document are great! Keep up the great work, looking forward to the next installment...
