All three are getting the winch kit - mine is sitting on the floor of my shop until I have a couple of full days to the install it. I think Bryan is in the same boat. Allen just paid the dealer to install his. The major difference between the three cars is interior colors.
Our local land Rover club met last night for the first time in over a year and it seems that several of the club members have all been busy getting new wheels in their driveways. Three individuals - all chose white 110's with the P300 four cylinder engine.
I was glamping this past weekend with the travel trailer but lots of people asked about the roof tent so I set it up for the tour of trailers day where everybody checks out your modifications.
It was very popular since most of the folks had never seen one up close.
Just look up patio mat or RV mat they are polypropolene and about 3/8 of an inch thick - very comfortable under bare feet even over a gravel pad.

Get a camping rug from an RV store or Walmart, they are thick enough to protect a tent floor and feel.good under your feet. They come in a variety of sizes and are fairly inexpensive.
I'm cleaning out my basement and found a box of old GPS units that I've collected over the years - thought maybe somebody might enjoy these. I really don't want to just toss these especially since one of them is in working condition.
I've got a pair of the old Garmin GPS II+ and GPS III+ that...
Very lightly used Garmin Monterra with the powered cradle and 1" ball RAM Mount for sale in Roswell, GA. I used it in my Land Rover Defender for a few trips exploring north Georgia.
Asking $200 for the whole thing - I've gone to a Samsung tablet running GAIA because - bifocals.... plus Garmin...
Just spent some time this afternoon adjusting the mounts I installed in the rain, building an auxiliary ladder track (due to how I elected to mount the tent slightly inboard of the roof rack side rail to protect it and getting a look at the vast amount of empty real estate that is still exposed...
Well there is a candidate but it doesn't meet your cost requirements,,, its only a little over ten times your budget at $250. I bought my sixteen inch PS stove about ten years ago when they were merely expensive - haven't regretted it once.
The good thing about the Partner Steel stoves is that...
Got the Terrapod SOLO roof tent and mounted it on the D90 today between downpours. Very pleased with the tent and its design features.
It gives me almost two feet of space the length of the roof rack for other stuff - like my 5 lb propane bottle, the 5 gallon jerry can of extra diesel and a bag...
Metal plates are heat sinks - I have some nice vintage melamine plates that I picked up at a thrift store (new in package) - a bottle of spray cleaner and a quick wipe as above if in a dry place - otherwise I have a collapsible dish pan and a stove to heat some water on.
Supposed to get my Terrapod Solo by early next week - excited! I get #2 - here's a sneak peek of SOLO #1.
At 31" wide it will leave a strip almost two feet wide down the length of my roof rack for other "stuff" and the integral roof rack on the Terrapod will be perfect for attaching the...
Congratulations, that's an outstanding tent. I think the medium would be too large for the FourRunner and that's the right size for your truck.
You can't go wrong with a Maggiolina - I've looked at just about every tent I could and I haven't found any better.
