Bump for road trip viewing opportunity details. LA - Phoenix - San Francisco through the national parks and back to Phoenix.
Keen to get this one out of the yard and start on the 4WD conversion of the big red truck so send offers along.
Thanks for the input guys. Just another noobie question. I noticed some of the heavy duty ones had extra loops for hooking to. Is there any advantage to adding straps to the sides to stabilize it or what are they used for.
Check with Quigley with your vin. My understanding was that they used a variety of axles as the base for their builds. I ended up buying Dynatrac hubs from Chris at UJoint.
The problem with going much bigger on the diameter is the Fords suffer from marginal brakes at best. So now you are into hydrostatic boosters etc unless yours already has that.

They are probably the power supply fuses for the engine and transmission. It is a good idea to make sure you know the fuse rating and have spares because if one of those blows you go no where.
Fairly tidy and a lot more open space. Big bonus for them was the ability to turn one cupboard into a bathroom. Plus the M2 cab is a whole lot nicer than the FL cab.
OK guys its back on the market. I'm too busy (actually too lazy) to start another thread so I will just kick this one off again. Will consider realistic offers.
