I'm on my phone so here is a teaser photo. More to follow when I get to a computer.

Ambulance body is a Horton off of a FL60.
Spot on shortbus4x4. They have tried reseting the adaptives but it doesn't seem to be taking. Maybe I need the cal codes off that neonatal unit that is heading to Flagstaff so I can get 6th gear.
Well that was a short trip. Got a call. TCM needs to be reflashed. Shifting hard and not adapting properly. So looks like Monday by midday. Lucky they ban swearing on this forum.
No links. It is just in the guys "yard" along with about 30 other vehicles. He is the only guy I know with a private 18000 lb 2 post lift and a dual cab FL60 4x4 truck, 2 cab over jeeps and I could go on.
He is going to send me some photos and details and I will share them around.
I know of a Freightliner extra cab Ambo complete plus a spare box off its sister (key the music for the "do you think my sister is prettier than me" jokes) that is for sale just outside Phoenix. I think they want $15k for the Ambo but I am sure with some wheeling and dealing you could get the...
My current set are 365/80R20 which equates to 14" wide and 43" tall. I did have the 11R20's on there and they had plenty of capacity but are narrower and the offsets didn't quite work as well for me. But remember I was battling the obscure 8 lug issue.
If you can find the 10 or 11 x 20 alloys...
Debris getting stuck is a problem but there is also the problem of being able to air them down without the tire walls rubbing. The main reason I dislike them though is that when running on the 2 wheel rut type tracks the duals run up the sides and you get a lot of side to side movement.
With 10 lug hubs you generally have 2 options. Budd which have tapered nuts and hub pilot which have flat nuts. I believe yours will be hub pilot and this is what is run on the majority of the across the road trucks in the USA. This opens up your options for wheels considerable.

The FL I got out of Florida had no corrosion issues with the brake lines. But check them carefully as they had some how put a braided transmission hose between the 2 hard lines. If anything I would suggest getting a 4' length braided brake line and that will just about cover any replacement line...
By the look of it you have 10 stud hubs. Lucky you. I would suggest looking at the super singles they use on cement trucks etc. 22.5 " rims and a fair range of readily available tires.
It may be possible to shorten the Fiamma ones but to what extent I could not say without running a tape measure over it. I would imagine that the 15' one would have the same arms as a 12' one. The interesting part would be how the work the arm extension to see if that can be shortened.
After...
I would also recommend taking a video when they explain all the switches and functions. In all the excitement of the new rig you will forget everything they tell you. Ask me how I know about it. [emoji56][emoji56]
