Ive gone across the country many times to pickup a vehicle or my trailer.. throws you right into the fire so to speak.. I put a deposit down on my inTech and then drove across country to get it.. the...

Propex is a LP furnace, it removes air and combustion is external.. nice thermostat, keeps it wherever you want.. lol.. all of that is false, and your wasting your money.

I just bolted it to the tongue w/wing-nuts.. gives me about a week of heating on the edge seasons when its really cold at night.. I'm running both wave and propex, sleep with either or both running just fine. Wave heater...

Is the TX4x4 club the last to use Citizens Band?

are you saying HAM's gonna lose license for using these china radios? nonsense.. Licensed Amateurs are not so constrained.. We're permitted to build our own radios from scratch, there is no certification our radios have to meet.. Bao's are perfectly legal for HAM's, Ive seen em displayed at HRO...

Small lightweight camp gear trailers in US?

That could be the key, I put my space trailer on its tail once and it did fine, came with bumpers on the end to support it and they showed pictures of it stored that way.. was just too much to lift for my self, though I did it I didnt want to do it again.. either need a couple people to stick em...

not for your budget, and he's not making his own axles so still gonna be limited to what his supplier can get him.. Harbor Freight trailers would fit your width constraints, but thats mostly due to the teensy lil wheels.

Small lightweight camp gear trailers in US?

thats gonna be a tough limit, axle widths are pretty standard.. my Golf was >70in wide so it tracked very nicely behind my vehicle..

Double check with you guys before I order.

are you trying to mount it within the rails? you could sling some carriers down under it and make em flush as long as it fits within em.. mine fit perfectly on top of my rails w/no overhang.. but I extended some angle past it to gimme some impact resistance to branches.

Victron gear is some of the best for Lithium so you'd be ready for that in some regard, however one of the best things about lithium is how much more solar it can take so you can charge it up with less hours of sunlight.. so if your trying to buy once, cry once and being ready for a LFP upgrade...

my 2017 Flyer came with that panel, I upgraded it to the Lithium version for free due to a broken solder joint on a fuse holder.. the lithium version is dumber, but holds more circuits and supports external cutoffs out of the box w/out cutting wires.. Ive since stopped using it and am now AC...

Towing is really going to just run your fridge while in tow, its not really going to charge a bank of this size back up appreciably.. it would be a small trickle and with the fridge running it'd take eons of driving. Wire up a 20A-30A onboard multi-stage charger/maintainer so when you do run...

There's two philosophies to Overlanding power banks.. the first is cheap/simple/disposable, people who do this for recreation should stick to this strategy.. your not full timing it, your not babysitting it, your trying to spend the time you got doing other things than worry about power...

Grab a pair of GC2's from your local Costco/Sams Club, you'll get ~230AH which will run a dc fridge + led lighting w/out shore power or solar for 4-6 days easy peasy. AGM's are a waste of money IMO, tho I'd love an AMG if I could afford one.

    Who makes the best rims?

OEM > Aftermarket See what happened to the ford explorer because of bad tires? Yeah well those aftermarket wheel shops dont have none of that to worry about, once they got your money who cares if they break.. whereas OEM wheels passed engineering/crash tests and all that good stuff.. and if...

    Simple, portable solar setup?

Moldable is a much better term than flexible for solar panels. When we were dispersed outside Grand Canyon we pissed off a Kaibab Squirrel by camping under his food tree.. that lil ******** was throwing giant pine cones at my solar panels from about 80ft+ up... We'd just be chilling there then...
