Interesting that they are using only a standar ball hitch or an optional pintle hitch, then the fully rotating options are readily available and superior.
That bed looks awefully comfortable though.

Funny, after all the time on the trail I have never actually seen the inside before the pics you have posted here, it's just great! The condition of the rig is most impressive, no doubt the upkeep and maintenance has been impeccable!

So it sounds like th seatpost product itself may not be all that bad when used in the right applicaiton. I also think it is pretty good of Cane Creak to entertain the original concern and offer a solution that did not sound unreasonable.

I used to wear Rail Riders when they used to just focus on sailing apparel.
They had a line of shorts and pants with removeable foam pads in the behind that made it more comforatble to sit on the rail of a sail boat. Hence the name.

It all depends on how the vehicle will be used.
I often think of how a rear winch could be incorporated into my vehicle, DII, but that is because I am often traveling remotely with my family solo in one vehicle and no other vehicles to help out...
