    I'm BACK!!! 2023 F-250 Tremor build

My old man wanted some pics of his Gladiator so we hit the beach this morning. 37F with a wind chill of 28F is invigorating on the water lol. 2021 Gladiator Rubicon on a Clayton 2.5" lift with 37's. He did the Alpine Loop with me last summer and we are going to take it to Moab this year.

Thanks! I'd call her a 98% restoration. Short of respraying the frame, changing a few pieces of hardware and re-plating two parts, she was was completely rebuilt and ran like a top. It took me 2.5 years to find all NOS and original OEM replacement parts, rebuild everything and get her back...

    Bug-Out Big Rig Build - '19 Ram 2500 4x4 Long Bed

The fact that they replaced it with the CP3 under warranty/recall is fantastic, good for you. Looks like the build is coming along, love it. I am still waiting on them to release the Stealth Pods for the '23+ Super Duty so that I can pick up an i-Dash for myself. The Monster Intake is still in...

    Hodakaguy's TW200 Thread - Mods and Misc

@Kingsize24 you guys are kind of kindred spirits with the bikes and fabbing up stuff, y'all should share ideas on the 200! I love the TW build, but what are the details on the old Beamer? I had a 1961 50/2 that I restored, I sold it because I liked looking at it more than riding it but they...

2018 Ram 3500 G56 Expedition Family Adventure Vehicle

Love that this truck still gets attention and continuous changes after six years. Excited to see it's next "BIG" add.

    I'm BACK!!! 2023 F-250 Tremor build

I had her detailed post hunting season. Now she's got frozen sky piss all over her.

    I'm BACK!!! 2023 F-250 Tremor build

Yea, for my intended use they are more than up to the job. If I need to really strap something down in there the side cleat mounted tie-downs are available as well. Truth of the matter is that there will likely never be anything in the bed needing straps that will exceed the durability of the...

    I'm BACK!!! 2023 F-250 Tremor build

Ehh, it's simply providing a point to create pressure against the forks in order to keep a 250lb bike standing in place. I am not strapping down steel tubing to a flatbed here. My calipers show about 0.5mm difference in thickness between the factory tie-downs and those on the BRI bracket.

I really like the exhaust on mine, if nothing else it looks a lot better.

Offroad capability of full size truck

Yes, '23+ trucks had some changes not only with the exterior and interior but also in the running gear so the aftermarket hasn't caught up just yet.

Who is running 40+ inch tires?

You are also lumped into the group with my father of those I am convincing to make the move lol.

Who is running 40+ inch tires?

LOL. I tend to lean towards 37's as being the best all around size, especially for a truck that will see more than occasional use. That said, I am trying to convince my father to move up to 39's or 40's on his Gladiator next lol.

Who is running 40+ inch tires?

No doubt 40's are cool, but they aren't daily driver cool, that much I can attest to.

    I'm BACK!!! 2023 F-250 Tremor build

Understandable but it has its own set of tie-down loops to replace the factory ones you remove during install. Overall I am pleased with the product but like most things these days I think it’s massively overpriced for what it is.

Offroad capability of full size truck

    Good point.

Offroad capability of full size truck

I’d go 3/4-ton to get the added payload and stronger frame/transmission/brakes/etc. Most almost always use at or near their max payload capacity with a dedicated bed/camper. While I’ve owned both Ford and RAM late model HD trucks, Ford gets the nod for my money but both have their strong suits...

    I'm BACK!!! 2023 F-250 Tremor build

***Update to the wheel chock on the accessory rail*** I drilled two holes at 2" x 1.75" apart on the MotoPro HQ wheel chock to fit the t-slot rail in the Built Right Industries bulkhead accessory rail. I simply elected to not use the supplied L-track hardware and modified the plate to adapt to...

    I'm BACK!!! 2023 F-250 Tremor build

The owner of BuiltRight claims this style has a higher working load than the traditional t-slot hardware because it has more surface area. As soon as the new wheel chock gets here and I have a chance to modify the mounting plate I'll give it a go and report back.
