Another pro tip. Always lock the deadbolts when traveling. The latches will not keep the door closed as the trailer flexes.

    MIssion Overland Trailer Owners page

Another Pro Tip if you are new to the group. When picking up your trailer, be sure the dealer goes over and shows you how to operate all the systems. That means demonstrating how the hot water works , shower and heater. That includes how the electrical system works. Many dealers operate on...

    Mission Overland Summit 23500

I looked at Overkill but went with Mission Overland due to availability and customer service. The MO I could buy right away and the Overkill was a large upfront deposit and a several month wait to see if I could get one.

    GMRS antenna mount location suggestions?

The higher the better. A ditch mount antenna will have the antenna radiating into the roof of the Jeep. Use a longer antenna with a high gain to above the roof .

    Rumpl blanket

They are made of slippery nylon so it would have to held on a seated person and slides around/off if trying to use it as a blanket. A wool or fleece blanket will not have those issues.

    MIssion Overland Trailer Owners page

Those of you without a REDARC system, do not have a trailer battery charging system that CHARGES from the tow vehicle. The 7 pin plug provides a "trickle" charge but will not charge a depleted battery. I found this module that I have used on a different trailer and currently use to charge the...
