Just got this yesterday. Going to take a while for a build as the XJ still has priority.

Should it stay or should it go?

Depends on age (yours) and financial ability. Is this "the last rig build" you'll do? (Age question) Can you afford to start from scratch? (Financial question) My $.02 is sell and get what you want/need to travel as you wish.

Raptor Liner on wood sides trailer not holding up? How can I fix it?

The FRP directly over the exterior should work fine without any real extra effort. I think as long as it's sealed at all corners and seams it would be waterproof and hold up well. What method of adhering are you considering, screws, bonding adhesive.......... ?

Raptor Liner on wood sides trailer not holding up? How can I fix it?

FRP/Filon board is absolutely the best way to proceed. Way less labor intensive and more cost effective. https://www.recpro.com/rv-fiberglass-filon-siding-8-5-wide-arctic-white/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI__HTzO7I4AIVnbrACh2cAAF_EAQYBiABEgI4n_D_BwE

Raptor Liner on wood sides trailer not holding up? How can I fix it?

SOLD: 2015 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X with SnugTop canopy / 24,600 miles

I so wish I could take the whole rig off your hands. It's darn near exactly what the Wife and I have been looking at. I'm near retirement, about a year and a half away, and would love this combination of truck and trailer. If I could wheel and deal, sneak, bum, borrow or beg the Wife to take a...

    Lets talk about camp lights

I use headlamps and a good rechargable led flashlight. I use solar glow sticks as nightlites. https://www.wiggys.com/accessories/amazing-perpetual-light/ I really don't like using lights that require a battery, headlamps as an exception because of how long they last.

Jeep XJ Pop Top Camper Build

Wow what a shame. How about getting the motor back, have the mounts welded/repaired and put it back together? At least you'd have a rebuilt instead of startibg over.

Jeep XJ Pop Top Camper Build

Wow that's sad! Sorry for your "new" rebuild. I've heard, and read, poor reviews on Jasper and this does nothing for my confidence in the ATK. Awaiting on the inspection report.
