My Nagant, is nowhere near that accurate, still a fun gun to shoot, kicks like a mule :) Good thing too, is that I have the bayonet on it, so when the zombies come I can stab em through the eye with it, and if all else fail, I can use the damned thing to bludgeon them to death :victory:

Installed my limb risers! Pictures inside

:iagree: I think in most instances chrome is a little tacky, and too flashy for my taste. If it weren't too heavy, I'd do my who truck in bedliner ;), but I'll settle for flat black for most of it, and bedliner where I can get away with it.

    Look what I got!

Were your rims chrome before you painted em? I saw a few places online that detail using sandpaper, and then using an etching primer to really get paint to stick, I might try that, but I have a feeling that it'll be a lengthy job, so I might have to wait for my summer break to do it, as I'm...

Installed my limb risers! Pictures inside

That's good advice, I never thought about what branches would do if I had to back up. I found a local guy who is going to fab me a custom bumper later this spring for $500-600, which in the end is what it would cost for me to buy a bumper and retrofit it, but at least I know this bumper will fit...

Great...all I needed was another project.... those wheels look awesome. After scrubbers comment I was thinking about it, but after those close-up shots...I'm sold, the only problem is mine are chrome....that's probably gonna be a bit more of a challenge I'm thinking....

    Look what I got!

I went out yesterday and gave one of the sides one more crank and it was now within an 1/8, so I'm happy. But you're right, even 1/4 isn't a big deal, that's probably the difference you get from having a few less psi of air in one tire anyways :) I agree 100%. I don't see the need to go out...

    Look what I got!

Tires yes, wheels no. I'm trying to do this all on a budget, so I'm thinking of going with 33x10.5 tires, that way I get a little more size, but can keep the stock rims. That will be later this year though, probably around summer, and most definitely after my tax return comes ;) Sent from my...

    Look what I got!

Oddly enough, the portion of this install that I thought would be the toughest (removing and installing the springs), was the easiest, and what I thought would be easiest(removing and installing the shocks), was the most difficult. The previous owner had installed aftermarket (oem) shocks, and...

Installed my limb risers! Pictures inside

For sure man, thanks for sharing the pics and those links, will give me stuff to think about when I finally get around to doing this myself. I've always wanted to do limb risers, but as I said before, I'm waiting to get my winch bumper later this year, and my roof rack, as I wanted to have the...
