    So the speedometer has a squeek noise so i took it apart today and used a needle oiler to put a drop of silicone oil on every shaft. Noise still present, i think it could be the cable itself transmitting some noise so I'm going to muck with that next.

    Tortilla Pass Trail near Apache lake at the Tortilla trailhead, it Google maps. Probably going to go wheel another easy trail in a week or two closer to home. I'll keep you in the loop.

    Took it on it's first wheeling trip today and everything worked! Just barely touched my skid plates in a few plates so i think maybe I'll go with a 31x9.5 tire. Overall it did really well and was a lot of fun to drive a little truck on an easy trail again.

    Cleaned and shined up my Gen 3, gave it some new brakes and fresh OEM antifreeze just because. Now it's pretty again!

    Thanks it's getting there but more keep popping up in better colors, this one has really low miles though so i keep wanting to just strip it down and repaint it something nice. If the right one falls in my lap i may just have to start over ?

    Worked on setting the caster on the D44's today too. This matches the spec but I'm going to have a few friend's double check my work before i make it permanent.

    Did new antifreeze in the Gen 1 and 2 today as well, even though i use Mitsubishi Long Long Life Antifreeze the Gen 2 gets fresh juice every year because it spends most of it's time driving in dirt or sitting. The OEM juice is really dark green too so it's hard to tell when it gets dirty. The...

    Did the window deals today, they come with new clips and the Hyundai parts are rubber clad metal (like the Gen 2) vs the stock rubber/plastic ones that get all warped.

    Basically, unless i have to go into my actual job in the morning. I typically work on Monteros from 8:30-1:30pm and then i go do work for the government until 10:30. Once i hire a couple dudes at the shop I'll be on dayshift permanently and I don't know how or if I'll still do as much side work...

    Finished the Endeavor siders today, tapped the breather holes on the D44's and machined up some sleeves for PA_JERO to run some poly bushings in his Johnny Joints.
