I got the hub nut off with two bolts in the holes andused a shifter though them to undo the hub nut. Both sides where not tight . I did have a little trouble when I went to put the hub back on. Put both sides all back together (the hardest part of it all was the curclip on the drive shaft.)then...

If you test the trailer plug and the blinker pin works you will know that the problem is after the tap in of the trailer r/h blinker or if it doesn't the problem is before the tap in. I have came across a few drama s with trailer plugs even if they are not even used.

Also if you have a trailer plug on the truck see if the right hand blinker works as well because trailer plugs cause a lot of problems. Number 4 pin on the common 7 pin plug or 3 on a 6 pin plug.

Does the brake/tail ,lamp reverse bulbs work on that side?

Hi , replace the bulb with a new one. Clean the bulb holder contacts as well.

Hi I had the same problem on our 2003 FG649 the primer hand pump on the injector pump would not primer up the filter even after i filled it with diesel , then i just put a vacuum pump on the bleed nipple to prime the filter and then the truck started. I replaced the primer hand with a bosch unit...

Heidi, Our truck is 2003 FG649 and has a sun visor fitted to it but i can't think if it does make any extra noise. Saying that we have never driven with out it fitted. Plus the truck is noisy anyway lol lol.
