Hi, Our tray is steel frame and stell sides wooden floor it is 2100mm wide but if i was to make one i would make it the same width as the cab for a couple of reasons easier to see down the sides with the mirrors in traffic, reversing etc etc and for fitting down bush tracks .

Andrew , I am sure if you remove the covering behind the front seats on what i could call the fire wall there is two panels one on the left one the right i am sure the bolt heads are behind there . The tent works well for us on the back of the truck as like you one day we will build a camper...

Hi and welcome, lift up the left hand seat and open the hatch under the seat. We have a FG649 it has a dip stick to check th ps fluid , i think when i flushed ours i took the drivers seat out to get to it all. I hope this helps.

HI, When i had my HZJ75 1995 troopy which i sold last year with 410000kms on it i would change timing belt,belt tenioner , cam seal, hoses,coolant and fan belts every 100000kms and then every 200000kms i would also change water pump and reco the altenator. I have never changed the spring...
