That's really confusing.......says it's a FE 537 and 4x2, but it's obviously 4x4 then the Vin says it's FF1537 whatever that is with a 4.2 engine and then later it says it's got a 3.9 engine which was in a FG649. My brain hurts already.

to my knowledge all the army ambo canters were FG637s, with 4.2s. maybe the military ones had different VIN codes?? cant think why.. theres nothing special/different about the truck itself...
sad because among the army drivers they seem to have gotten a reputation for being crap, easy to bog and terrible suspension.. i spose because they are. cant imagine how much better they would have been for the army with XZLs...
