    OME vs. Nth Degree

^^^ I think jboss touches on several valid points. The OME kits aren't complete and the only way I'd recommend them is as a full set up like Northridge sells. I've run most of the different OME coils on my JKU (what most people consider the medium & hd series) and now I have the 618/619 +40...

My Defender 110 build up for South American travels

just saw your RC pics in your trip thread - looks like you found some of the fun trails there. you snagged some good flex/off camber shots. :smiley_drive: we were there for Topless for Tatas breast cancer ride and I think we only saw one other group while we were wheeling. thanks for the...

    2011 Grand Cherokee lift

gotcha. the prices for the JKs are high... but it is a pretty amazing Jeep. I'd be interested in a ride comparison of a JK Unlimited with the premium AEV vs a Grand. And you could plush out the JK for the lady with leather, heated seats, etc. ;> nonetheless I'm looking forward to your Grand...

    2011 Grand Cherokee lift

Why not switch to a 4 door JK with hard top? 2012s should be pretty sweet... I know the interior is not as grand as a Grand but pretty wow for a Wrangler. obviously lots of aftermarket support. just a thought.

    2011+ JK interior question.

lol... I hear ya. I don't nostalgic (too often at least) to reach over unzipper my TJ windows. I'm alright with continually improving interiors - especially if it lets Jeep sell more vehicles and maintain/improve their capabilities.

    hydrolock

great shots x2 :snorkel: :snorkel: I know 2 people personally (not just cyberwheeler brother's girlfriend's cousin) that have done this going through far less water. As you probably know its relatively cheap insurance if you like to play around water.

Max tire size on stock tailgate?

I'd stick with maxing out with a light 32-33" tires. I'd probably stay with a lighter one (say GY or BFG) or go to a carrier and forget about it. As for tire carrier - I've heard mostly good things about the Expedition One carrier. Here's a link to jsmorris build thread. had minor issue that...

    Samples of Expedion Rack setups.

AEV ram air fits normally. AEV pre-filter will need an extension to clear the rack.
