It really did not work the way I wanted. Now that I have a tank I just pump the water to the helton and back to the tank,when it reaches say 110 I close the valve and done.
Looks good, one thing I would change is the brass fitting. The spring inside will rust!! Change over to SS and you will be fine. I know form which I speak. I could not for the life of me figure out where the rusty colored water was coming from. I took apart the brass fitting and it was loaded...
Well this is a long term report. Helton is getting a workout, The quick Fists are the same ones I used in 2011 for the install and no problems yet. I really like my hot showers in the boonies!!!!
Get a Deka g31 battery and be done with it. Maybe add a folding solar panel to keep it charged up during the day. All kind of things to do to help out your power needs.
No the floor jack has a flat bottom and the front of the bottom plate is slanted up like a ski so it slides easy. As far as the hi lift goes my truck is is high and the bumper is a PITA to jack from.
Did your second ground wire go the motor down below where the factory ground is located? I did see the other ground went to the 10mm blot on the side. I have the same tundra. Looks to be a 03. The little switch by the Blue Sea fuse box is for what?

I like the 500 amp part, the question is can this be mounted in any direction say upside down ect, what do the instructions say? I do know if you mount the Cole Hersee upside down they get really hot. Also what are the specs L,W H and terminal size.
