    Fresh Water Storage

I have a 100oz. MSR dromedary bag that I have had for years, and I actually used it for quite some time as a bladder for my hydro-pack since my old one busted. (which, by the way, I do not recommend the MSR drinking tube and adapter for the MSR bags - the two that I tried both leaked and I had...

    Look at these idiots.

Interesting point Chuck. I'm just typing my first thoughts here... without really contemplating it. In the latter scenario you describe, the entire landscape transforms to serve another purpose on a permanent basis. There will be houses with families living in them, paved streets with traffic on...

    Locker with IFS?

I too have the ARB RD90 locker in the front diff of my Toyota Tacoma. I agree with all that has been discussed here so far. I use it sparingly and try to use discretion on when I think it will be a good idea to engage, or too risky. It's very nice to have the added capability though. Scott...

Matt, you are making me hungry! Those are great additions to the thread, and I will likely carry these out on a future trip to Mexico. Muchas gracias! LOL at the Herbs comments :D I dig your humor and writing style. Hey P, yes, I do use bananas sometimes.. or fresh blueberries (no choc...

    Four By Land's Discovery

Louis, I really dig the new LR. It looks so cool with the blacked out wheels, the paint color and those tinted windows. Is it my imagination, or is this Kent green a rare color to see in these parts? Anyway, super cool rig and I hope to meet up with you for a trip sometime soon since I am in AZ too.

    Downgrading to 33s...am I crazy?

I don't think you are crazy at all. Everything you said makes a lot of sense. I agree with you that it would be nice if some of the more popular tires would offer more sizing options. I wouldn't have the buyers remorse though - give 'em a shot. Let us know how it goes.

T-Roy, nice of you to post up. I agree, great taste in vehicles! Just for the record, here is a quote from my website regarding the diff drop... "Next, let's talk about the differential drop. This is a popular modification that kind of reminds me of the "deck plate mod" (If you don't know...

    Brought home ZEE PINZ!

Oh yea, if you haven't seen his stuff, you may want to hit up Thilo (T-Lo) for some of his accessories. He has some sweet add-ons/replacements for the Pinz. (And might not hurt to bend his ear and see about getting some drivetrain upgrades done to yours considering where you plan to take it)...
