New kit! We can now send a DIY kit with no axle for the 08/up 5.4 & 6.8 vans! We use the Spyntec hub conversion with particular ABS wires to keep the RSC/ABS system happy. I've been running this setup on my spec van for 15 months with 0 issues. Best part is the lead time, ~8 weeks for springs...

True. No need to change or swap anything as long as the FF D60 came from a passenger van.

In 08 all E series got the same front ABS sensors, cargo vans didn't get RSC until 2011. For that pass van you'll need a FF D60 from a 2008 E350. They're rare but they do exist and have the tone rings on each hub.
