Interesting. Dave Harrison in person has been incredibly friendly, non-egotistical (kind of a rarity in this industry)...but I'm sure you didn't speak with him on the phone, but instead one of their minions. Sad to hear your experience was poor when the head cheese is nice.

Rare to see an M113 V8 with a water pump issue. Window regulators are a known issue, and there's an update for them. The 722.6 5spd is incredibly robust; a complete failure is VERY rare. Sorry to hear of your issues, but only 1 of the 3 are common.
