i figured this section would be the best bet for answers even though its not for a trailer, so forgive me for that. Anyways im going to add an extra set of brake/tail lights to my rear bumper since it kinda covers the stock lights. im looking for flush mount lights around 3 inch diameter. Just...
to an extent yes. i had a set of e rated mickey thompson mtz's and and the sidewalls were close to if not 3/4 inch thick. i loved those damn tires, but they were EXPENSIVE
they are 35 12.5 15's C rated, but that doesnt make a difference in the fact that they cut so easy. the rubber compound is the same between load sizes so they will cut just the same. my tires literally look like ive driven over knives. ive never been a fan of bfg but i got the tires for a great...
definetly not tougher in my book. ive cut all 4 or my km2's almost all the way through so far and i have about 18,000 miles on them. some cuts are through the whole lugs and some are on the upper sidewalls. if i was gunna be very far from a tire shop for a tong period of time i would not be...
problem is the inside of the tube so u still are breathing it in without a resperator. good tip on prep for paint. even self etching primer and zinc cromate primer wont help much
i made my roof rack out of 3/4 inch emt. i used a regular hand conduit bender for it and it worked great. welded pretty good actually and is stronger than i could have imagined. i can walk around on mine without a problem. just wear a good respirator...if you dont you can die worst case...best...
well ive ran many trucks with aluminum rectangular tanks in the back of our service trucks with over 100 gallons of diesel in each and have never seen a problem with them and they dont have bladders
not so true. look at every fuel cell in any baja truck. all are rectangular or square with sharp edges and get put through more abuse than most anything we will ever put out tanks though
the mv90 is fast and i havent had any troubles with mine yet and i bought it slightly used(guy went with a york) it stays cooler than any other compressor ive seen used. oh btw its fast haha. with any compressor i use i air up my front tires first that way if it dies i most likely have those...
my vote is for a rebuilt 8274. ive got about 200bucks in mine if that and it looks and works just like brand new. i totaly stripped it down and went through it and found only one gear that needed replaced. parts are fairly inexpensive and are easy to come by.
id also like to know this as my dad is always complaining about warm coffee when were hunting. id like to get him a good quality thermos that will last a while and keep his coffee hot till atleast lunch time
i was using a harbor freight compressor and actually still have it in my truck, but recently got a good deal on a superflow mv90 and its much faster airing up my 35's. its rated to air up a 35 from 0-30 in just over 2 minutes. i havent decided if i want to hardwire it yet or not. either may ill...
at least ur smart enought to realize food is more important than more armor. ive had to make that decision a time or two, and honestly its a kinda hard choice haha:)
