1. No need to change wheels if you don't go 4wd. You could run the same wheels if you do decide to go 4x4 in the future though. 2. Yes, you can air them down, no issue with them touching. 3. Some say that 265s fit w/o trimming but I think it will need to be trimmed. Especially on a heavier rig...

I lied when I said we had no more 4" vans to build! Forgot about this one! Local 4" 4.6 van, Stage2 D60 with RSC and 4.30s, 295/70/17 AT3s, OX locker out back, nice little camper van!

Yes, the Q adapter pushes the t-case back far enough for a massive fuel tank cut. ~25G. And requires the relocation of the forward fuel tank mounting strap. Less than ideal.

Thanks! Sounds like a good plan. The full float RSC axle in the back of the E series is a Dana 60 as far as I know. Very rare to find them, 08 seems to be a popular year for them.

Beautiful V10 Chateau came down from VT for a tuneup! Some front end work, roof rack flooring and our rear bumper. Here's a before/after on the rear.

GA 7.3 went home today! We have a 24" Fiberine Bubble top available at their location in CA if anyone wants it! It has 12 x 43" windows, reinforced ceiling and 6" strips around the perimeter to mount stuff. Same top as this pic but with windows. Price is 5k. Shoot me an email if interested...

Not van related but it looks awesome! Hard to squeeze special projects in the shop (I've had this car for 1.5 years) but I said enough is enough, we have to build the t-bird! Weekends and a few hrs here and there to get the all new airbag suspension done! Freshened up the steering/brakes/ball...
