Check out Victron one of the only chargers I found that can be used as a stand alone power supply or do both. Another feature is when your battery/ies are 100% full it does keep float going.
I have had WeBoost for several years and without them, my communication and internet would be greatly reduced. Many times Im not able to call but I can text. Turn on WeBoost now we are talking. Same experience with the internet.

I dont have a Vagabond but I do have an aluminum poptop and live in the Phoenix area amd understand your pain. Bus Kote is a game-changer, after sitting outside all day you can lay the side of your face on the top at noon.
