I'll be following the ac build! I have a 10k portable we use when there is shore power. Runs 875w at full power.
I think the 134a is a good idea. Much easier to refill if it ever leaks also.

Definitely. I just can't get in anywhere with a bay big enough before the weekend.
Everything in the front feels tight.

Alignment parts made. Angle iron, one lug run on as a spacer, one clamps it in place.
Toe was 1.5" towed out.... Yikes.
Set to 9/16 in. (9/16 over 48"). So nearly zero toe.

Yes, I have used those alignment plates before. I believe my dad has a set. I was thinking of a DIY version. Just a piece of angle iron with holes drilled for the lugs

Oh! I didn't know that trick!! I may be doing it myself as every big truck shop is booked out thru next week.... I have 1500 miles to drive this weekend. Sounds lightly easier and just as accurate as a string version?
Option two is take both front wheels off and make some scrap steel plates to...
Quick and dirty tape measure (with kid on one side so not real accurate) says it's toe'ed out a fair bit. 1/4-1/2" ish [emoji51][emoji51][emoji51][emoji51]
Alignment is an easy place to start....

Nope full truck. Side to side. Not much alignment adjustment on these really.
Yes one big whack at speed..... But tires were like that pre whack. See above post [emoji1787]
Both sides look similar.

Ok guys need help. I have a shimmy 50-58 ish.
Tires are wearing super funny.
Radius arms? Tire balance? Something else?
.
Treads are heel toe wearing. Leading edges are higher.
Bushing look ok?

Well I have officially put 40k on this truck! Nice weekend away. Spent two nights at two of our go to spots.
Back to tires. I saw this and thought it was interesting and maybe gives another clue?
Rear tire at 100psi after ~5 miles. City driving with stop and go.
Front tires (70ish psi)...
The fill switch.
Let's you fill the bags to X pressure, and have a tap off the compressor side that is full compressor pressure
